I have been a Morris Plains resident for 27 years and have known Lou Ann for a very long time. When it came time to select an agent to list my home I knew it was going to be Lou Ann. When I decided to list my home it was on the market within 10 days. Her ability to get together her team and put a marketing plan into action was impressive to say the least. From the staging to the photo shoot to the marketing brochures to the open houses.... everything was done with professionalism and enthusiasm. From our initial meeting in early October, the process was made as stress-free as possible. Before the house hit the market Lou Ann's staging expertise and keen eye helped to highlight the unique character and charm of my home. Lou Ann's professional photographer took amazing photos for the web listing and the twilight pictures were just beautiful. Navigating through the closing process was stress free as well. The tenants surprised all of us by being at the first open house and handed out a flyer stating that they were considering tearing out the entire kitchen and other parts of the home. After some assistance from the court. We were able to show the home again. Lou Ann never buckled, or ask to remove herself from what was sure to be a difficult and lengthy process.
